Straw Making Technologies for Your Needs

We offer 3 main models tailored to different farming needs, all delivering a processing capacity of 2200 kg (2 Tons) per hour.

1. Automatic Stem Collecting Series (NCK-03 SM)

Known as the "Combine Harvester Rear" collector, this series automatically picks up swaths or scattered stalks from the field using a 1800 mm wide pickup unit.

• Standard System: Collects, chops, and loads Wheat, Barley, Oat, Maize, and Soybean stalks into a trailer. It eliminates manual labor and saves time.

• Knife (Chopper) System: In addition to the standard features, this model is equipped with 54 special blades in the drum. It creates "Fine Chop" straw by cutting the fibers rather than just crushing them. Ideal for producing soft, easily digestible straw for livestock.

2. Alfalfa & Forage Chopper (NCK-06 OM)

Unlike the automatic collector, this model features a Feeding Hopper. It is designed primarily for harvested and dried Alfalfa, Vetch, Hay, and Meadow Grass.

• Usage: The crop is manually fed into the 1200 mm wide hopper. Its precise drum system converts alfalfa into straw without losing the nutrient-rich leaves, preserving protein content. Also known as a "Stationary Forage Chopper."

1. What is the difference between the Knife System and the Standard Model?

The standard model crushes the stalks to make regular straw. The Knife System (NCK-03) cuts and slices the stalks into fibers. The result is "fine chop" straw that is soft like cotton. This is more appetizing for animals and easier to digest, positively impacting meat and milk yields.

2. Can the NCK-03 SM collect maize (corn) stalks?

Yes. Especially our Knife System model is very effective in shredding hard-structured maize and soybean stalks. Its powerful drum structure turns maize stalks into straw without clogging.

3. Which machine do you recommend for Alfalfa?

If you want to automatically collect alfalfa from the field, choose the NCK-03 SM. However, if you prefer to process dried alfalfa by manual feeding for better control over leaf loss, the NCK-06 OM (Alfalfa & Forage Chopper) is the ideal stationary solution.
