1. PTO Driven Standard Series (NCK-01):

The Classic Power Ideal for small and medium-sized farms, this series is powered directly by the tractor's PTO shaft, ensuring fuel efficiency and durability unlike belt-driven systems.

• Models: Bagging Type, Auger (Screw Conveyor) Type, and Gear Box (HMS) options.

• Usage: Wheat, Barley, and with simple modifications, pulses like Chickpeas and Lentils.

2. Mobile Hopper Series (NCK-02):

Harvest on the Move Known as the "Factory in the Field," this series works while moving behind the tractor. It eliminates manual bagging with its 750 kg hopper.

• Single Elevator: For standard cereal and pulse harvesting.

• Double Elevator (Recycling System): Specifically for crops like Red Lentils that are hard to separate. It re-threshes uncleaned pods to ensure 100% purity.

3. Automatic Pickup Series (NCK-04):

The Era of Automation The ultimate technology to eliminate labor costs. It automatically picks up swathed crops from the ground, threshes, and stores them.

• Capacity: 1000 Kg (1 Ton) massive hopper.

• Variants: Available in Single Elevator and Double Elevator (Re-threshing) models.

4. Specialty Series:

Groundnut Thresher (NCK-05) Specially engineered for groundnut (peanut) harvesting. Features a gentle drum technology that separates pods from vines without breaking the shells, and last products Watermelon & Pumpkin Seed Harvester NCK-07 KM.

1. Which threshing machine model should I choose?

If you have flat land and labor is available, the economical NCK-01 PTO Driven series is ideal. However, if you want to save on labor and avoid manual bagging, we recommend the NCK-02 Hopper Type or the fully automatic NCK-04 Pickup Thresher.

2. Which crops can be harvested with your machines?

Cetinkayalar threshers are "Multi-Crop" machines. They harvest Wheat, Barley, and Oats as standard. With simple pulley and sieve changes, you can harvest Chickpeas, Lentils, Beans, Broad Beans, Vetch, Cumin, and Groundnuts (with the NCK-05 model).

3. What is the advantage of the Double Elevator system?

Double elevator models (in NCK-02 and NCK-04 series) feature a second "Return/Recycling Elevator." This system sends uncleaned crop back to the drum for re-threshing. It is essential for "Zero Loss" in difficult-to-separate crops like red lentils.
